Unexpected hiccups at checkout

The location is perfect for safari lovers, just minutes away from the starting points. I enjoyed having a peaceful terrace to unwind after our adventures.

Unfortunately, checking out took an exasperating 20 minutes, and my requests for housekeeping often went unanswered until I followed up—a bit frustrating given the price.

The location was excellent for accessing safari trips, saving time in the mornings. There was a nice garden view from my Studio Room that provided a serene environment. Enjoyed relaxing at the pool view area which added to my overall experience.

The location of Woods At Sasan is really great, just a short drive from the beginning of the safaris. It made early morning excursions convenient. Housekeeping calls seemed to need at least one follow-up, as requests weren’t addressed in a timely manner. I expected better efficiency, especially considering the price point of the room. Inconsistent service can definitely dampen an otherwise enjoyable stay.
